  • Mindful Mondays

    7-8pm LIVE ONLINE

    Monday night yoga is a joy to teach, I love to connect with you at home and check in with how your doing, I’m always open to hearing from you with practice suggestions to meet your needs and make the practice right for you.

    The format of the class is usually around 30-40 minutes of mindful yoga postures and flows followed by 20-30 minutes of rest, seated breathing and meditation. Classes are suitable for most people, adaptations are always offered and encouraged.

    The class is recorded (only me, not you) and replays are available on demand.

  • Take it easy Tuesdays

    9.30-10.45am STUDIO

    Practicing yoga in the morning is a wonderful start to the day, I especially love teaching in my studio on sunny mornings, its warm and bright and the energy feels very special. In our Tuesday morning class we take it easy with mindful hatha yoga postures and sequences. I like to offer a more gentle movement class that leaves us feeling lighter and more spacious with a positive feeling for the day

    We may explore different themes or aspects of hatha yoga but generally the class includes asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra and meditation.

    The class is suitable for most people, adaptations are always offered and encouraged.

  • Feel good Thursdays

    7-8.15pm STUDIO

    Practicing yoga in the evenings at the studio is amazing, especially in the spring and summer months. The views from the studio are incredible and the sunsets fill you up with energy and awe. I like to teach a slightly more challenging asana practice on Thursday nights, its still mindful and breath led. Please don’t be put off as a beginner, I will always look after you!

    We explore movement and breath with a different slow flowing sequence each week. Sometimes focused on a particular part of the body or aspect of the self. We work with asana, pranayama and meditation as a seamless practice. This class will include asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra and meditation.

    The class is suitable for most people, adaptations are always offered and encouraged.

Hatha yoga

Angela teaches Hatha Yoga, classes include Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Mantra and Meditation. Classes are relaxed and friendly, with an emphasis on function over form and breath led movement. You will always be encouraged to modify and adapt the practices in class to suit your needs, it is often the case that we wont all be doing the same thing.

Classes are different each week, sometimes focusing on a particular theme or in response to a request from a student.

You will gain:

  • Relaxation techniques to help you release stress, anxiety, and sleep better

  • Yoga postures and movements to ease tension, physical tightness and build strength
