FAQs

Early bird reduces stress:
Please arrive early enough to create ease. (Please no more than 15 minutes early)

Late arrivals:
The door will be locked at the start of class, if you arrive late please do not attempt to join the class unless you have made arrangements with your teacher. 

Equipment:
The studio has all the equipment that you will need for your practice, if you wish to bring your own that's fine. Please ensure mats are rolled and blankets are folded and returned neatly for the next class.

No shoes in the studio:
Please leave your shoes in the cubbie holes in the entrance.

What to wear:
Wear comfortable clothes, layers are good. We practice yoga barefoot or in socks.

Eating and yoga:
Resist eating a large meal before coming to yoga, try not to eat anything 1-2 hours before your practice.

Mobile Phones:
Please remember to turn off your mobile before coming into the studio.

Don't leave without your belongings:
Please remember your belongings. There are hooks in the entrance for your coats and cubbies for your shoes. Yoga Blackpool is not and cannot be responsible for left, lost or neglected items.

Neighbours:
There are a lot of residents living near to the studio entrance, please consider the level of noise when entering and leaving, particularly at night.
